Mr. Glaspy earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal.

Since joining Howarth & Smith, Mr. Glaspy was part of the trial team that obtained a jury verdict in excess of $10 million for the plaintiff in a legal malpractice case in Los Angeles Superior Court in 2011. Later that year, he successfully argued a case before the California Court of Appeals. He has also tried a case to a defense verdict in a business litigation and he worked on the successful interlocutory appeal in the Utah Court of Appeals of the exclusion of plaintiffs’ expert in a mass tort case.

Mr. Glaspy is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
